Carli graduated from Western Washington University in 2012 with her Master's in Speech Language Pathology. She had a special interest in work with people with brain injuries, which took her away from Washington for a brief time.
When the opportunity came up to move back to Bellingham in 2014, she jumped at it!
Carli has experience in multiple types of clinical settings including skilled nursing, home health, and post acute care centers. She is a certified LSVT LOUD practitioner and a certified trainer for Positive Approach to Care. She regularly draws from this diverse experience to treat her clients with a holistic view.
Since 2020 Carli has shifted her practice toward working with the LGBTQ population providing gender affirming voice training.
Carli earned her Clinical Doctorate in Speech Language Pathology from Northwestern University in 2021 so that she is equipped to keep her practice on the cutting edge of clinical care and business operations. Carli is committed to making sure Catalyst continues to provide the highest quality of evidence informed care.
When Carli is not in the office, you will find her spending time with her partner in the beautiful outdoors, working on art projects or exploring town with her big goofy dog.

Jessica is a Speech-Language Pathologist, originally from Seattle. She received a dual bachelors in English and Spanish from Western Washington University, and returned there for her Master's degree, graduating in 2017. She worked at a small county hospital in acute rehab specializing in acquired speech, swallowing, cognitive, and voice disorders for the next 4 years. Jessica found that she missed working with children, and was excited to return to pediatrics. She is passionate about strengthening pre-literacy and reading skills, social language skills, and executive function in my clients. She is a self proclaimed research and literature nerd and she strives to maintain the highest level of evidence based practice in her therapy planning.
When not in the office, you can find Jessica on her mountain bike, snowboard, or a climbing wall, buried in a book, or in her full-body chicken suit.
